The shipping cost is based on the order's size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. These factors are calculated and the ESTIMATED shipping cost is figured. Therefore, some shipping costs will vary (Higher or Lower) from the ESTIMATED cost given on our webpage. We will notify you of changes if this occurs.

International shipping is higher in cost than shipping within the continental Europe due to distance. Also, on some international orders an import tax, custom duty, and fee may be applied by the destination country. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

On all orders where the wrong size, color, and/or quantity are selected, a shipping charge will be applied for reshipment.

Apparel and Accessories must NOT have any signs of wear and must have all tickets and labels attached.

Books, DVDs, Videos, CDs, and Opened Items may NOT be Returned or Exchanged.
